SUBMITTING YOUR EXTENDED ABSTRACT TO The 7th ICBS 2021

To participate as a presenter, there are several steps that you need to follow:

  1. Register and submit your extended abstract to the ePaper system

To maximize our services, make sure that you complete the following details before submitting your extended abstract:

  • Abstract format and content in accordance with the author guidelines
  • The uploaded file should be less than 10 MB.
  • Please ensure your document is in the DOC, DOCX, or PDF format.

Upon submission of your extended abstract, you will receive confirmation email from the committee. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please contact us.

  1. Peer-review process

If your abstract is accepted, you are encouraged to submit the manuscripts before October 10th and final manuscripts must be sent according to the instructions provided in the ePaper.

Your manuscript will go to the blind review. If necessary, the reviewers will ask the authors to revise the manuscripts. The details of this revision step will be informed later by the committee.

  1. Pay the participation fee

Please refer to the following list for the participation fee:

Early bird (before June 15th)         : IDR 275.000 (USD 20)

Normal                                           : IDR 350.000 (USD 25)

Extra Paper                                   : IDR 100.000 (USD 7)

After you pay by wire/transfer via bank, please submit your payment receipt to the committee via the ePaper system. Upon submission of the payment receipt, you will receive confirmation email from the committee. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please contact us.

  1. Submit the materials
    1. For oral presenter, please refer to the Oral Presenter Guidelines, submit the material before October 7th 
    2. For poster presenter, please refer to the Poster Presenter Guidelines,submit the material before October 7th 
  1. Attend the conference

Before attending the conference, the authors will receive the following items via email:

  • Conference guide book
  • Schedule in details
  • Guidelines for presenter
